End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Teleprompter ("we", "us") for the use of the Teleprompter application ("the app"). By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to be bound by this EULA.
Note: Apps downloaded from the Apple App Store are also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Where this EULA and Apple's terms conflict, Apple's Licensed Application EULA applies to the extent required.
1. License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the app for your personal, non-commercial or internal business use on any Apple device that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Usage Rules.
2. Scope of License
This license does not allow you to:
- Distribute, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or make the app available to any third party;
- Copy the app, except as expressly permitted by this EULA or applicable law;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the app, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by law;
- Modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the app.
3. Ownership
The app is licensed, not sold, to you. We and our licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the app, including all intellectual property rights. You retain ownership of the scripts and content you create.
4. In-App Purchases
The app may offer optional in-app purchases or subscriptions processed by Apple. Such purchases are subject to Apple's terms, and this EULA covers your license to use any features unlocked through them.
5. Consent to Use of Data
You agree that we may collect and use limited technical and diagnostic data as described in our Privacy Policy to support and improve the app.
6. Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the app and delete all copies from your devices.
7. No Warranty
The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, in no event shall we be liable for any incidental, special, indirect, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the app.
9. Third-Party Beneficiary
You acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple's subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA, and that Apple has the right to enforce this EULA against you as a third-party beneficiary.
10. Governing Law
This EULA is governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the app provider is established, excluding conflict-of-law rules.
