These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Teleprompter application ("the app"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. Use of the App
Teleprompter grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with these Terms and the End User License Agreement.
2. Your Content
You retain all rights to the scripts and text you create in the app ("Your Content"). You are solely responsible for Your Content and for ensuring you have the rights to use it. We do not claim ownership of Your Content.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law;
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app except as permitted by law;
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the app;
- Use the app to infringe the intellectual property or other rights of any third party.
4. Purchases & Subscriptions
The app may offer optional paid features or subscriptions. All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple's terms. Prices and availability may change. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with its policies.
5. Intellectual Property
The app, including its design, code, and trademarks, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the app.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the app if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it from your device.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and the "Last updated" date will be revised. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the app provider is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
